In its quest for excellence and with the aim of constantly improving its client’s satisfaction with richer and more tailored experiences, the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre is delighted to launch its newest Care Program.
In line with evolving global customer needs, this program offers an extension of the international Limited Warranty up to 8 years across all Atmos Clocks and Watches as well as personalized product information, advice and services.
The Jaeger-LeCoultre Timepiece Guarantee
Up to 8 years of international limited warranty could well be the most important promise that a brand can commit to their customers. This not only demonstrates Jaeger-LeCoultre’s utmost appreciation towards them, but also significantly reflects the Manufacture’s confidence in their longstanding watchmaking expertise; which further instills an upheld trust that customers can hold onto every Jaeger-LeCoultre master timepieces.
The warranty extension will be available for all Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces, purchased exclusively from authorized Jaeger-LeCoultre retailers or Jaeger-LeCoultre boutiques, which are currently covered by its original International Limited Warranty during the point of registration.
Standing behind the brand’s quality assurance, customers can be affirmed that when under Jaeger-LeCoultre’s technical services review, any part that is found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will, at the sole discretion of Jaeger‑LeCoultre, be repaired or replaced free of charge.
