The terms in this addendum explain additional steps required by Taiwan\u2019s Personal Data Protection Act (\u201cPDPA\u201d) and relevant regulations within Taiwan. If you are located in Taiwan, the terms set out below apply to you in addition to the terms set out in the Policy, and in such instance, in the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Policy and the relevant document, the provisions of the Addendum shall prevail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>4. Cross Border Transfers of Personal Data<\/h2>\n<p>4.1 As Cortina Group is an international business, you acknowledge and agree that some information (including Personal Data) may be transferred between the following regions\/countries in the ordinary course of our business operations;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Singapore<\/li>\n<li>Malaysia<\/li>\n<li>Taiwan<\/li>\n<li>Hong Kong<\/li>\n<li>Macau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When Cortina Group transfers Personal Data between the above-mentioned regions\/countries, we will comply with this Policy and the requirements of applicable laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to the transfer of Personal Data.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>8. Withdrawal, Access, Correction and Your Rights of Your Personal Data<\/h2>\n<p>8.1.4 You may request to access or request copies of your Personal Data by submitting your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer. To respond to your request, we may ask you to provide us with proof of your identity. We will aim to provide access to or copies of your Personal Data within fifteen (15) business days. If the request cannot be completed within this timeframe, we will notify you within 15 days after receiving the request. You may also request to correct or supplement your Personal Data by submitting your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer. To respond to your request, we may ask you to provide us with proof of your identity. We will aim to correct or supplement your Personal Data within thirty (30) business days. If the request cannot be completed within this timeframe, we will notify you within 30 days after receiving the request.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>10. Data Retention<\/h2>\n<p>10.1 We will only use your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) we collected it for and where usage is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>16.
