The Manufacture made their movements entirely in-house. Each timepiece takes 25-70 hours to produce and finished by hand. With only a shy number of 1,500 timepieces manufactured annually, the highly coveted collection are often prized by purists who appreciates exclusive haute horologerie.

Established in 1828 by Heinrich Moser and relaunched in 2012 under family-owned group MELB Holding Group, H. Moser & Cie. is a symbol of the contemporary independent watch scene rooted in traditional haute horlogerie. The company, which is based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland, has the distinction of producing all components for its watches, including regulating organs and balance springs in-house. True to its heritage, the 1,500 watches manufactured each year are assembled and finished by hand. H. Moser & Cie. continues to embody Heinrich Moser’s entrepreneurial spirit and carries forward his visionary strategy and values.
Though widely recognised for its unfettered minimalist elegance, H. Moser is unafraid to be irreverent. Since 2016, H. Moser & Cie. has unveiled one of their timepieces at the annual Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH), an exclusive event that only grants entry to industry insiders and select members of press. Their inaugural presentation was the famous Swiss Alp Zzzz, which showcased H. Moser’s mastery at generating buzz in an industry not commonly associated with excitement. An elegant riff on a certain brand of smart watches, the Swiss Alp Zzz, like the Swiss Alp Concept Black and Swiss Alp Funky Blue are all completely mechanical and enjoy a minimum power reserve of four days.
You might have also heard of H. Moser’s Swiss Mad Watch, which was unveiled at the SIHH the following year. A 100% made in Switzerland timepiece with an actual case made of Swiss cheese, the Swiss Mad Watch is unlike any other luxury watch.
With only 1,500 watches made annually, H. Moser & Cie. can well afford to be as exacting as necessary when it comes to build quality. After all, the price of perfection is time – and time spent with the works of one of the world’s finest watchmakers is always time well spent.
Though H. Moser & Cie. is nearly two centuries old, the company’s renown and prestige has only grown over time. Serious horologists applaud the refined yet robust iterations of classic pilot watches in H. Moser & Cie.’s Heritage series. Likewise, horologists who yearn for the extravagant yet tasteful are drawn to prime timepieces from the Endeavour series, such as the Endeavour Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Aqua Blue.
H. Moser & Cie’s latest timepieces from its Endeavour series return to the hallmarks of traditional watchmaking with a bang. The top of the line Endeavour Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Aqua Blue features no dial text or markers. The result? The eye is immediately drawn to the grand feu enamel in aqua blue and the perpetual dance of the flying tourbillon. Then, there is the H. Moser & Cie. x MB&F Endeavour Cylindrical Tourbillon, the result of a collaboration with MB&F, a brand known for their futuristic concept watches. Featuring a three-dimensional movement concept, this unique creation is limited to only 15 pieces.
