Macau

This Macau Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of and supplements the Cortina Holdings Limited Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) whenever your personal data is collected and/or processed in the Special Administrative Region of Macau. It sets out the provisions required to comply with legal and regulatory requirements in Macau and is intended to amend, replace or supplement relevant sections of the Policy, where necessary. In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the Policy, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail in respect of personal data processed in Macau.

This Addendum informs you of how we manage Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Macau (Law No. 8/2005), Except where specifically noted below, references made to provisions of the PDPA (Singapore) may be read as references to equivalent provisions of Law No. 8/2005, and references made to authorities in Singapore should be read as references to equivalent authorities in Macau.The Personal Data Protection Bureau (PDPB) is the public authority empowered to supervise data protection matters in the Special Administrative Region of Macau. Directives issued by the PDPB may be accessed at https://www.dspdp.gov.mo.

Amendment to Policy

Section 5.2 of the Policy shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following

5.2 Under certain circumstances, we may assume deemed consent from you when you voluntarily provide your Personal Data to us for the stated purpose(s). By providing your Personal Data to us, you acknowledge and agree that you have fully read and understood this Policy, and are consenting to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of your Personal Data as described in this Policy. The exceptions upon which Personal Data may be collected without consent are under subparagraphs (1) through (5) of article 6 of Law No. 8/2005.
