Pelagos FXD的表壳设计源自与现役战斗潜水员的共同开发，基于严格精确的规格要求。因此，它具备帝舵系列独有的功能特征，如固定表耳设计，这些表耳直接在42毫米钛金属表壳上加工而成，提升了整体结构的坚固性与可靠性。作为表耳的延伸，它们塑造了该型号独特的轮廓。
这款腕表提供海军蓝或黑色两种配色，其标志性的“雪花”时标和指针在光线较差的环境下增强了腕表的夜光效果。腕表还配备了单向旋转表圈，表圈内嵌有经过喷砂处理的陶瓷插片，并涂覆有夜光材料。42毫米的钛金属表壳具备200米的防水性能，并经过全表面拉丝处理，呈现出哑光效果，有效减少了光线反射。
