While a conventional chronograph’s tachymetric scale is calibrated to the speeds that an automobile is capable of, the scale on the “Cycling Edition” is presented in a way that’s suited for the speeds that cyclists can sustain. The chronograph scale is also “wrapped” around the dial in a spiral, allowing the average speeds that cyclists routinely operate at to be read at a glance.
