As the Title Partner and Official timekeeper of the series, Longines timed the brilliant win of Abdel Said (Belgium) on Bonne Amie in the weekend’s highlight trial – the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Doha.
The new season of the Longines Global Champions Tour promises to be another adrenaline-filled year where an elite field of show jumpers will travel across three continents to strive for victory in 16 iconic destinations. This heart-pounding journey starts in the magnificent Longines Arena at Al Shaqab in Doha and will feature the return of fan favourites like Shanghai and a new destination in Abu Dhabi. The global circuit will come to an end in Riyadh where the Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix will bring together the winners of each Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix leg for the ultimate battle.

The Belgium rider brought immense passion and plenty of thrills by finishing ahead of Harry Allen on Calculatus and Marcus Ehning on Coolio 42, who secured second and third place, respectively. The brand presented Abdel Said with an elegant timepiece to recognize his outstanding performance.
