Longines Presents The Conquest V.H.P.
A New Achievement With Quartz
Perfecting the art of precision with Longines
Longines revisits a success story from the 80s and introduces the Conquest V.H.P. (Very High Precision), marking a return to technology in which it was a pioneer and expert.
The new collection was launched at the Neuchâtel Observatory, where the very first quartz clock with atomic precision developed by Longines was certified in 1954.
In less than two decades, Longines revealed the Ultra-Quartz, the first quartz wristwatch conceived for worldwide production. In 1984, the exceptional quartz caliber was fitted in the Conquest V.H.P., setting a precision record for that time.
The new Conquest V.H.P. which combines great precision, high technicality and a sporty look, is marked by the brand’s unique elegance.
In the true essence of Conquest, the brand’s ultimate sports line, the Conquest V.H.P. is equipped with an exclusive ETA movement developed for Longines. The movement is renowned for its high degree of precision in an analog watch (± 5 seconds/year) and its ability to reset its hands after an impact or exposure to a magnetic field, using the Gear Position Detection system.
Along with a battery life of up to four years, a perpetual calendar and smart crown, these remarkable features of the Conquest V.H.P. is finished with a steel bracelet and available in different coloured dials and sizes.
