Horology Services is committed to offering a comprehensive suite of after-sales support, specialising in watch maintenance, repair services, and exceptional customer care. Conveniently located in Capitol Singapore, this expansion builds upon the distributor’s wide array of offerings that cater to watch enthusiasts and collectors in Singapore. Brands carried by both Cortina Watch and Sincere Fine Watches can be brought to the centre for after-sales support.

Following the guidelines set forth by the respective brands, Horology Services will manage the coordination with the corresponding watch manufacturers. Throughout this process, the service centre remains the primary point of contact for its valued customers to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Located on the ground level of Capitol Singapore, the service centre boasts watchmaking tools in accordance with industry standards. The tastefully decorated 142sqm facility is designed to welcome clients in style and comfort. Blending soft grey hues with natural materials, the spacious interior creates a warm and inviting ambience. To further enhance the customer experience, a private room located within the premises ensures complete privacy for clients who prefer an uninterrupted consultation.
