Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon

Honouring OMEGA’s legacy of space exploration, this Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon features a 44.25 mm case in polished-brushed black ceramic. The polished bezel is also made from black ceramic and features a tachymeter scale in Liquidmetal™.

Beneath the front sapphire crystal, the polished ceramic dial includes a small-seconds display at 9H, a 60-minute and 12-hour recorder at 3H, and a date window at 6H. The hour and minute hands, as well as the bevelled indexes and subdial hands, are all formed from 18K white gold and are filled with light green Super-LumiNova (green emission). The central chronograph hand is PVD white gold plated and reveals a red tip.

Driven by OMEGA's self-winding Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 9900, this bold timepiece is finished with a black nylon fabric strap that includes black rubber lining, a ceramic foldover clasp, and ceramised titanium frame-spring folders.
